Less is more – A way of Mindfulness!
Recently there was a news that Microsoft Japan experimented with 4 day work week and the results were mind boggling. Productivity increased by 40% during the period. Also the electricity consumption was less by 23% and employees took 25% fewer days off during the experiment period. According to the reports the reason for increased productivity is attributed to less meetings!
Now we all know that lot of thoughts get generated at the meetings than the actions!
Mindfulness is just stepping out from the thinking mind. Mindfulness of few moments, now and then, brings lot of clarity about the self and leads to more relaxation! Mindfulness is a great stress buster. Less effort and more results is its signature!
